Hey Alan! Long time! Sorry to read about your, ummmm, troubles!! Try some oscillococcinum!! It's an over the counter med here and comes in a 3 pack you take one every 6 hours. Chili may have been ok to sweat it out. Only time will tell. Just keep up the fluids (preferably non alcoholic but no one is judging, fluid is fluid) Green tea is also good to flush.

I heard from Myriam, she had eye surgery and could not use her computer to much until her eyes healed. She says she is doing better now, so i am happy about that

Barbaro was sort of my idol -- not giving up, etc. But I guess it wasn't fair to him to go on in pain. But on a cheerier note, I have a new grandson, born Friday night. Probably my last grandchild, as my daughter said, "we're done!" But who knows? She might change her mind at age 65!

No, I am not sick, fell down a few steps and was banged up. Better now. Just one muscle still in spasm but I'll be fine. Doc appt is completely separate. Have to have an echocardiogram cuz of HBP.
